REGISTRATION For 26-27 Opens 3/16 and 3/19!
Our students dive into learning through hands-on Adventures across a wide variety of subjects. Every day brings something new to discover, create, and explore!
At home, we encourage families to continue the journey by working through a math and language arts program. This lets your student move at their own pace and really master the material before moving on.
Remember, children learn in different ways and at different speeds. Faster isn’t always better—confidence and mastery now lay the strongest foundation for success later.
For our 5th graders looking ahead to the HEED Middle School English program, we recommend the Bob Jones 5th Grade Language Arts curriculum. It’s a wonderful way to prepare for the transition into middle school and build skills for future success. They are able to take both of those courses at HEED at the Wednesday middle school program in 2026-2027.
The 2026–2027 Adventure School year elementary program will be on a Tuesday/Thursday schedule.

NEXT STEPS:
1. Complete an Adventures Application
2. Attend a Preview Day or interview and our Open House
3. On March 16 make your program selection(s)
1/2 Day am Jr Adventures Program Tuesday and/or Thursday
1/2 Day pm Jr Adventure Enrichment Program Tuesday and/or Thursday
or Full Day Adventures Program Tuesday and/or Thursday
(Many of our students also register for the Friday half day STEAM program called Adventures in Innovation.)
4. Families will be notified by April 1 of their placement.
5. Initial payments due by 4/15 or upon placement
Paying with Step Up direct Funds: Log into your Step Up account, search for HEED Adventures. Make your 1st payment called Enrollment/Registration by 4/15. The final two payments need to be made by 8/15 and 11/15. Paying with credit card: Sign into your HEED account and using STRIPE enter your credit card information and your credit card will be billed for each payment. An invoice is provided for you to submit for reimbursement from Step Up if you wish to do that.
6. All accounts must be paid in full by 11/15.
7. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

*TRAILS- Themed Reading Adventures in Literature. This is our Unit Study/5 in a Row/ Charlotte Mason model.
Parts 1 & 2 complement one another, but also stand alone. The classes will cover the same topic but with different Hands-ON Adventures to go deeper.

All Tuition and fee payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

*Registration/Enrollment fee includes application fee, supplies, security guard, and deposit to hold seat.

If families pay directly to HEED they can still submit their invoices for reimbursement.
**Step Up Scholarship releases funds to families in April, August and November. Families will need to go into their account and send their payment to HEED adventures for each of our their payments ($1200 or $740 for K4) as soon as their funds are released.
All tuition/fees must be paid by November.

Account must be paid in full by 11/15. Late fees up to $25 per week may be incurred.
